Gov. Baldacci co-chaired the New England Governors and Northeastern Premiers 32nd conference in Bar Harbor.(photo above)  The leaders passed eight important resolutions that move the region forward on transportation, energy, global warming tourism and economic development. They also established collaborative partnerships with the united vision of helping the region’s smart growth.
